We are, all of us, natural learners. It is intrinsic to us. We only require the right environment for our natural curiosity to flourish. At Intrinsic Early Education, we approach early education and childcare with a three-fold process that emphasizes interaction, intention, and inclusion.
Interaction
Whether engaging with caretakers or other children, we encourage communication skills—both verbal and nonverbal—in everything we do. From lesson plans to playtime, meaningful interactions are the building blocks for relationship and language development, and therefore invaluable in a child’s life.
Intention
Because every child learns differently, we provide educational materials, and inspirational activities that are intentional—that is, tailored to a child’s particular stage of development. This allows each child to advance at a pace that aligns with his or her intrinsic learning patterns.
Inclusion
Growth begins with feeling valued and cared for, which is why we strive to create an atmosphere of kindness and consideration that allows children to express themselves and appreciate the world around them. Self-discovery leads to empathy and understanding, critical components in the development of children.
